Match Review
On Saturday, July 16, at the Galle International Stadium, Galle, Sri Lanka and Pakistan have play in the 1st Test, Day 1 match of the Pakistan tour of Sri Lanka, 2022.
The day was a one-man show, and Prabath Jayasuriya was the one who forced Pakistan into a corner. The day began with a chance dropped off the first ball and ended with a technical chance being shelled.
Azhar Ali was spared after the first ball, but he only managed to last a few more before getting caught in front. With Babar and Rizwan both appearing at ease in the middle, those were Pakistan's greatest moments of the session.
However, as it turned out, a rare accident—Rizwan being strangled down the leg—opened the floodgates once more.
