“We are in good form” – Kohli’s childhood coach
Virat Kohli is ready to return for the Cape Town 3rd Test, and his childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma is super optimistic about the team's chances of making a comeback. India did not have the best of results in the second Test against the Proteas in Johannesburg, but given their experience, they are still the favorites for sure to win the series.
According to Rajkumar's predictions of the 3rd Test, India will win in Cape Town. According to him, Kohli's comeback will provide much-needed consistency to the middle order, which has been "on and off" due to Siraj's absence.
“India will definitely win the third Test and will secure a maiden series win, as we are in good form. However, we lost the second Test but there were opportunities there and some mistakes were made but I have full faith that skipper and coach Rahul Dravid will not repeat those mistakes,” Rajkumar reported.
“With Virat coming back, there will be an effect on the middle-order as he absorbs a lot of pressure. He will bounce back with good performance. India’s batting order revolves around Virat,” Rajkumar added.
