Mbappé and Bellingham Assert Real Madrid's Potential for Improvement
Despite their performance on the field, Real Madrid's Kylian Mbappé agrees with fellow player Jude Bellingham’s assessment that the reigning LaLiga champions "can improve." This sentiment comes despite Mbappé scoring five goals in seven games since joining Real Madrid.
During the Champions League title defence against Stuttgart, which ended with a 3-1 home win for Madrid, Mbappé managed to break the deadlock early in the second half, marking his third consecutive game scoring for Madrid. Despite this, the France captain expresses his firm belief that he "can do more".
Playing alongside the Spanish giants, following a five-year contract after leaving Paris Saint-Germain, Mbappé acknowledges his consistent performance but remains confident better days lie ahead stating, "Every game I feel better and now I'm scoring goals. I'm happy here."
Meanwhile, England midfielder, Jude Bellingham, echoing Mbappé's sentiments, maintains that the team can bring even stronger gameplay, despite their impressive performance on the Champions League stage. Amidst rising pressure from social media and critics to deliver, Bellingham addresses his relationship with Madrid's attacking trio Vinícius Júnior, Mbappé, and Rodrygo, brushing off rumors of disarray.
Currently standing third in the LaLiga, four points trailing from leaders Barcelona, the teammates look forward to demonstrating their improving synergy and heightened cooperation in their next game against Espanyol on Saturday.
