Bellingham to Miss LaLiga Game Against Real Sociedad: Ancelotti Confirms

Real Madrid's head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, has verified that Jude Bellingham will not be in the line-up for the club in their upcoming LaLiga fixture against Real Sociedad. Alongside him, Aurélien Tchouaméni will also not be participating. Bellingham, following an injury to his right leg last month, will continue to be sidelined beyond the week's international break.

In a regular training session on Friday at Real Madrid City, Bellingham and Tchouameni were absent. On the other hand, defenders Éder Militão and Ferland Mendy, who were also under injury suspicions, took part in the training. Ancelotti, during his pre-match news conference, clarified that it would be premature to involve Bellingham and Tchouaméni in Saturday's match, but isn't ruling out their availability for Tuesday's Champions League game against VfB Stuttgart.

Real Madrid, the Champions League titleholders, have started their season with a slight hiccup, drawing two out of their first four LaLiga games. This has left them trailing four points behind their arch-rivals, Barcelona. The forward line, newly added with summer signee Kylian Mbappé, is yet to reach its peak performance. Star striker and Ballon d'Or contender, Vinícius Júnior, has managed to find the net only once in these matches, scoring from the penalty spot. Despite such performances, Ancelotti seems optimistic about Vinícius's importance to the team and his critical role in scoring goals.
