Neeraj Chopra, the defending Olympic champion, is reported to be more engrossed in his fitness training than in competitions since his momentous victory at the Paavo Nurmi Games last month. He is said to be honing his skills meticulously in Saarbrucken, Germany. 

Wrestler Vinesh Phogat recently tasted victory against Mariia Tiumerekova with a score of 10-5 at the Grand Prix of Spain. In spite of engaging herself in an alien 50kg category, Vinesh showcased impressive confidence. Currently, she is in the midst of rigorous training in Madrid, prepping herself up for what might be the most critical duel of her career.

Badminton player PV Sindhu has her sights set on a remarkable third consecutive Olympic medal. She is currently training under the guidance of coach Agus Dwi Santoso and his team in Saarbrucken, Germany. Sindhu is geared up for the group stage; her competition being Estonia's Kristin Kuuba and Maldives' Fathimath Nabaaha Abdul Razzaq. 

Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, collectively known as Sat-Chi, haven't had any play on the BWF tour since their early exit at the Singapore Open on May 28. Nevertheless, despite this setback and a few injury concerns, Sat-Chi still remain strong contenders for the Paris Olympics based on their previous performances.

Lastly, Aditi Ashok's recent achievements in golf are worth noting. In the Amundi Evian Championship, she cinched her joint-best finish of the year by tying at the 17th place. Her scoring average has seen a substantial improvement in the past four tournaments, making her a promising figure for the Paris Olympics.
