Martial has joined Sevilla FC

After the two teams agreed on conditions for his temporary move, the Frenchman conducted a medical in Andalusia.

Since joining Manchester United from AS Monaco in 2015, Anthony has completed 269 appearances for the club, scoring 79 goals. He has played a key role in the club's FA Cup, League Cup, and UEFA Europa League triumphs.

The 26-year-old was a late substitution in Saturday's 1-0 triumph against West Ham United, when he was featured in the play that resulted in Marcus Rashford's injury-time winner.

Martial, on the other hand, has made no secret of his desire for more regular first-team action, and will now try to find it with the Rojiblancos, who are presently second in La Liga.

After the victory against West Ham, temporary manager Ralf Rangnick complimented Martial for his high professionalism, stating the following: "I know that he is a top player – one of the best strikers in the Premier League – but we have other players in his position.”

Rangnick also added: "It is his wish to leave but, like I said to him, it always takes different parts to find an agreement. The way that he trained and played when he came on [against West Ham], he showed his professionalism that I expect from everybody." Martial, who will be wearing the number 22 shirt for Sevilla, will become United's 2nd player to play in Spain's top division this season.
