Match review:

On Sunday, June 26, at the Indian Cement Company Ground in Tirunelveli, Dindigul Dragons and Lyca Kovai Kings will play in the fifth game of the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) 2022.

Player of the Match: Hari Nishanth I'm overjoyed to be on the winning team. We need to improve our performance starting with the upcoming game. Although I am relieved to win the toss, bowling last puts pressure on me. We must take advantage of the start that the wicket is providing for us. On this wicket, any objective may be pursued. Although I am concerned about the fielding, we must play well in the following game.

For the Dindigul Dragons, the starters laid the groundwork and the middle order hitters put the finishing touches on the game. The Dragons needed a 100-run partnership for the first wicket, and they got it as they pursued a challenging goal. Even though the Dragons lost a few wickets during the run chase, they easily crossed the finish line because to the foundation their batsmen had laid. Vaidhya and Nishanth enjoyed a terrific partnership. Divakar and Shahrukh each took a few wickets, but the rest of the bowlers were unable to make a significant impact, which led to their failure.

Brief score:

     Lyca Kovai Kings 188 for 8 in 20 overs (Ganga Sridhar Raju 33, J Suresh Kumar (wk) 37, Sai Sudharsan 5, Shitij Chandran 30, Shahrukh Khan (c) 19, U Mukilesh 49, Mohan Abhinav 1, S Ajith Ram 0, R Divakar 0, Raja 8, Extras 6)
