Match Review
On Friday, September 30, at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium, Raipur. Sri Lanka Legends and West Indies Legends played in the 2nd Semi Final match of the Road Safety World Series, 2022.
In the semi finals, Deonarine was at his outstanding best, but it was insufficient. With 39 balls, he scored 63 runs, including four fours and four sixes. They appeared impressive in the pursuit, to start. After the promising beginning of Brian Lara and the 23 of Dwayne Smith, Deonarine had trouble finding partners.
Sri Lanka managed to score 172/9 while batting first. West Indies Legends appeared to be on track to reach the goal, but a collapse in the middle hurt their chances. Despite Narisngh Deonarine's brilliance, they only achieved 158/7.
