PKL 11 Player Auctions: What to Know
The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) is about to place many of India's best kabaddi players under the spotlight during player auctions on August 15 and 16 in Mumbai. Each of the 12 franchises has a hefty purse of ₹5 crore to form their perfect squads ahead of PKL 11.
PKL's legendary players like Pawan Sehrawat, Mohammadreza Shadloui, Maninder Singh, Fazel Atachali, Pardeep Narwal, and Sachin Tanwar are up for grabs. Records are set to break with these big names in the game, and franchises are packed with a ₹5 crore purse to potentially make that happen.
Many might wonder about the FBM Card. It's a Final Bid Match card that allows teams to buy back their previously released players at the final bid price at the auction. Teams have three such cards, but the usage depends on the number of players they released before the auction. For instance, if Bengal Warriors want to retrieve Maninder back to their squad, they can use this card after an auctioneer has announced the final bid.
